about
WHAT WE DO
Strategy • Support • Success
This is not a skincare brand.

It is not a wellness trend, a thirty-day challenge, or a collection of products promising results they were never designed to deliver. It is not built for the version of you who has extra time, perfect discipline, and a bathroom shelf full of things that actually work.

It is built for you as you actually are, right now, in the season.

Real transformation requires more than a product. More than an appointment. More than a routine you found on the internet and are hoping will somehow work for a body it was never designed for.

It requires a strategy. Built for you. Walked with you.

Skin Solstice is a virtual holistic wellness platform that opens personalized pathways for women who are ready to understand their own biology and stop being surprised by it. We integrate clinical skin expertise, nutritional science, mindset work, and structured coaching into a single, sequenced plan that evolves as you evolve.
No trends. No templates. No one-size plans dressed up as personalization.
Just a pathway built around the whole, complicated, magnificent reality of who you actually are.

Your growth is the mission.

MEET THE FOUNDER
BARBARA
KOPPISCH
Barbara did not arrive at this work in a straight line. She arrived the way most meaningful things do through a series of pivots that, in hindsight, were never really detours at all.

She began her career in higher education, building programs and developing curricula in the academic and corporate world. The work was meaningful. But it kept her at a distance from the women she most wanted to serve, the ones navigating real change in real bodies, in real life.

A woman who began in higher education and corporate program development. She walked away from a predictable career path to become a licensed aesthetician, a certified phlebotomist, and a nutrition coach because she needed to feel the work in her hands and see transformation happen in real time. Who spent years inside a treatment room watching women arrive for their skin and leave having talked about something much larger. She eventually earned a master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology, not to return to academia, but to build the framework those women deserved.

She is a founder. A mother. A woman who navigated her own postpartum unraveling and rebuilt her business around what that season taught her.
She works with women navigating chronic skin concerns, hormonal shifts, postpartum recovery, midlife transitions, and the identity work that lives beneath all of it. Her methodology integrates clinical knowledge, nutritional science, mindset work, and the structural discipline of instructional design into personalized wellness pathways that are built to last, not just to impress for thirty days.
